Louisiana is great for your standard cayenne sauce.

Now that I think about it though you don’t see cayennes used in craft hot sauces very often. Poirier’s Louisiana Style is great but it also has habaneros.

Schlotzkys Hotsauce. First I ever tried. It’s bae. Slaps harder than any other fast food sauce I’ve ever tried.

Bow down before your Queen, Crystal.

My choice depends on what it’s going on.

Eggs, Crystal (sadly not available on local shelves anymore).

    French fried potatoes, Tabasco.

Soup, Jardines Texas Champagne – haven’t found a replacement for this no longer available wonder. Have read Trapey’s Red Devil comes close. Will investigate.

Well not straight cayenne, but skyline hot sauce is my favorite for that flavor.

Franks tastes better than crystal but I do like crystal as a close second for its simpler ingredients

I got 10 cayenne pepper plants growing indoors right now so my favorite will be my own sauce 🙂

unpopular opinion, apparently, based on all the crystal votes here:
Texas Pete’s is a better version of Crystal, so I guess that’s my favorite cayenne-based hot sauce

It by Rising Smoke. Yes “It” is the name. Good stuff!
