I’m worried reaching out to customer service again because I don’t want to get flagged for complaining too much. But last box, we were missing ground beef. This week’s box, we’re missing both Italian sausage and turkey.
Would customer service give me trouble for this if I sent a picture of the only protein they shipped? lol

You should definitely let them know. I’m the future you could also record yourself opening the box for proof if it’s an ongoing issue, but I would consider cancelling if it was. You’re missing a lot of value if you don’t get any of the meat you paid for.
Nope. I complain about bad produce or missing ingredients all the time. The worst I’ve ever seen happen is they occasionally remove the “self-report” feature and I have to actually chat with a rep. But they always still process the credit.
I have had very few problems with Hello Fresh, but I too have had missing protein lately. I order for 4, but have gotten meat for 2 in a few recent boxes. And unfortunately they do not send replacements, so I have to go out to buy it.
I have been missing at least one protein item the last 3 weeks I believe. I have gotten credit, but it has been a tad annoying. Luckily I’ve been getting credit and been able to make the meals work with what I have in my freezer, but it’s kind of defeating the purpose of me even getting it if I have to go to the store anyways
Complain as often and as loud as you need to UNTIL THEY GET IT RIGHT.
They like sending my box to a similar address in another town. Always give me a credit. I’m a only staying till they get it right as I hate letting credit go to waste
They’ll issue a credit as it’s happened to me a couple of times where they forgot ingredients. It’s a pain as it’s in the plan, but you can probably find the protein at the store and get reimbursed for the stuff you received. A note to any new user, your credits can’t be used until you use any welcome box discounts before you can use any credits issued for missing items.
You paid for that protein! It’s an easy to file complaint. I do it every time they miss something. It’s one thing to send the wrong protein, it’s another to leave it out completely. These boxes aren’t cheap.
What do you mean worried? They fucked up, complain.
They haven’t given you listeria yet so that’s a plus
If something is missing or bad, I submit a report. I don’t care if I have to chat with someone. Credit me.
We finally cancelled after three consecutive weeks of rotten vegetables, missing spices/sauces & last straw was missing protein. I told them that was the reason when I cancelled and now I’m being barraged with “come back to us” emails. Nope. The convenience isn’t convenient anymore and not worth the cost.
