The last couple of days I’ve made my own version of the Tiffany plate. I’ve never felt better and more satisfied with the colors, textures, savory and sweet flavors. The fiber is insane, the daily nutritional values are off the charts, I poop well, get all the good stuff. It’s also prebiotic and probiotic.

I have lupus and have decided to eat this this a couple times a day. I’m so satiated and hardly have room for heavier things. Normally I put eggs or cottage cheese on there for protein but I need to cook some more and buy some more.
