1 green onion (onion and parts of green stem)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
2/3 cup almond flour
1 tbsp flax seed meal
3 tbsp mozzarella grated cheese
2 tbsp pecorino Romano grated cheese
Paired with blistered tomatoes, avocado, and procuito.

The gluten free almond flour made them perfectly fluffy. Next time im adding more green onion, garlic powder, and salt.
