I add my 3 onions that I have chopped for dinner. You don’t need to chop them very small . I fry the onions until they turn slightly pink. You don’t need to burn and fry them too much. I mix them like this. On the other hand, I prepare my other ingredients. In the meantime, I soaked my rice in warm water for about 10 minutes. After draining it well, I add it to the fried onions. Definitely try this method. At the end of the video in the following minutes, I will show you how the inside is grain by grain. I fry it well. I do this process on low heat for at least 5 minutes. I added the rice. I fry it for about 5 minutes. I add 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste. The tomato paste I used is mixed pepper and tomato. I added 1 tablespoon. I mixed it like this. The color came out light. I added half a tablespoon more and roasted for about 2 minutes. I roasted until the smell of the tomato paste came out. I grated 2 tomatoes. You can adjust the amount of salt completely according to your own taste. Add a teaspoon and taste it. You can add more if necessary. I mix it like this. After adding the spices, I mix it like this.
