I’ve been using these at the office as an alternative to tea and coffee. But you could easily make your own at home using Better than Bouillon No Chicken, tomato juice, and spices like cumin and chili powder (for the tortilla soup one).
To make a copycat Thai Lemongrass one you could use Tom Yum soup base plus True lemon.
