I need to make every calorie really count to be successful, so I put a lot of effort into my meals. This was cooked in a pizza oven with a thin crust using mostly Fiber Gourmet flour. Whole milk mozzarella shredded by hand because it's worth the few extra calories Details in pics.

Where do you find the Partake NA beer? I’ve had it once and really enjoyed it but have never seen it in stores.
Fiber gourmet is incredible. I mix it half and half with regular flour just to save cost but your ratio is definitely better on calories. Put a little vital wheat gluten in there for protein and it’s really gets that pizza dough consistency too
