    It looks like you know what you’re doing. What are you cooking on? What is your go to charcoal? Favorite grill, smoker?

    Mine is Kingsford. Favorite grill is my PKgrill Arron Franklin edition.
    I run a stick burner mostly for anything smoked.

    Not a hot dog fan. But I learned if you spiral cut them, it’s a game changer.

    Let me help you out here…

    Grilling – high heat, short time (burgers, dogs, steaks, etc)

    BBQ – low and slow (ribs, brisket, etc)

  10. Looks great! I feel somewhat naive but I’ve never thought to glaze a burger patty. Did you use bbq sauce or something else?
