Dinner tonight is oven roasted chickpeas, potatoes, and bell peppers all wrapped up in a carb balance tortilla with a vegan chipotle sauce. This came out to about 350kcal.

    Looks delicious! Chickpeas and potatoes are one of my favorite combinations. I plan on making them curried in the oven tomorrow 😋
