Went camping. Made some onions. Thought of my people.
These were really fun to cook casually over the fire (that I started with a ferro rod and some moss- big brag- been watching lots of survivor shows) It was dark by the time they were finished and they were delicious and smoky.
When OP was in camping land, cooked his onions slooooooow.

My boyfriend, his kiddo, and I are headed off camping at the beach tomorrow, coming back next week. I can’t wait. It’s kinda funny because he asked me in the truck this morning if I thought one giant onion would be enough for us adults (we were off to Costco). With the amount of hotdogs we’re going to be eating? We need *more onions!*
