Was wondering if this would fit into the diet. It is rice with lime juice salt and parsley, black beans with olive oil and garlic, and a salad made from tomatoes red onion cucumber shallots and feta with a little rice wine vinegar, it is also topped with salsa verde I made at home. Trying to find healthier meals and meals that fit into this diet, any advice and recipes welcome.

If the the rice is whole grain, then this is within the MD “eat daily” guidelines. But… the rice looks to be white rice, so I looks like it isn’t whole grain.

Looks great to me! There isn’t as much difference as people think between white and brown rice so I say eat what you enjoy.
