The rice paper makes it super filling, and 2 of these would be just ~330 cal! The radishes are not needed, but an easy substitute for searching for something crunchy! (I'll have some air-fried radishes with crushed red pepper as a perfect low-cal snack.)
Rice paper 30 cal
1/2 can tuna 45 cal
Large grade A egg (boiled for ~8 min) 60 cal
Spicy mayo (to taste) ~20 cal
Radish coins ~5 cal
Dried sea salt seaweed ~5 cal
Seasonings (to taste): sea salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, sesame seeds
