  2. JAMIE, WHY DO SO MANY CHEFS AND COOKS USE THE BIGGEST KNIFE IN THE KITCHEN TO CUT SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZED VEGETABLES AND FRUITS??!!

    SOME ADULT MEN ARE MISSING FINGERS IN THE UK??! MEN ARE NOT FOCUSED ON KEEPING THEIR HANDS CLEAN, HEALTHY AND SAFE ! EVERY DAY THEY DO MANY THINGS IN DANGEROUS WAYS THAT HURT THEIR ARMS, HANDS OR FINGERS!!

    MOST MEN DRINK ALCOHOL EVERY DAY IN THE UK, IN THE WEST AND IN THE WORLD THEN THEY WANT TO USE THE MOST MASSIVE KNIVES TO CUT ANY VEGETABLES AND FRUITS IN THE KITCHENS AND OFTEN THEY TRY TO COOK IN A HURRY, RUSHING THINGS AND CUTTING THINGS AS FAST AS THEY CAN??!!! IT IS NOT A GOOD IDEA!! IT IS A RECIPE FOR DISASTER!

    1. PLEASE ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO FIRST START BY WASHING HANDS BEFORE HANDLING FOOD!. ADD THIS TO ALL YOUR VIDEOS PLEASE. MANY ADULTS ENTER KITCHENS AND THEY DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE COOKING! SO PLEASE REMIND THEM ABOUT IT EVERY VIDEO!! THEY ARE MORE LIKELY TO DO IT IF YOU SAY IT CLEARLY WITH A NICE SMILE! A SIMPLE SENTENCE LIKE ' FIRST THING IS ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS TWICE WITH SOAP AND RINSE PROPERLY!' YOU COULD SAY IT AT THE BEGINNING OF ALL YOUR VIDEOS. PEOPLE NEED THESE REMINDERS AND SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS!!

    2. PLEASE ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO SWITCH THE LIGHTS ON IN THE KITCHEN WHENEVER THEY COOK MEALS SO THAT THEY GET PLENTY OF LIGHT AND CAN SEE WHAT THEY ARE COOKING PROPERLY, ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENINGS. (My husband, an electrician, never wants to switch the lights on even in the evenings – he is a total caveman!)

    3. PLEASE ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO DRINK A TALL GLASS OF WATER BEFORE COOKING IF THEY HAVE HAD ALCOHOL THE HOUR BEFORE COOKING EG IF THEY HAVE JUST COME HOME AFTER THE PUB SO THEY ARE NOT HALF DRUNK AND STILL UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL BEFORE THEY COOK. THIS WAY THEY CAN SEE EVERYTHING BETTER, SO THEY DO NOT HURT THEMSELVES. ENCOURAGE THEM ALSO TO EAT A COUPLE OF CRACKERS BEFORE THEY START COOKING IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO STAND UP STRAIGHT PROPERLY.

    4. PEOPLE SHOULD ALSO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL WHILE COOKING, WHILE CUTTING THINGS OR BEING NEAR HOT HOBS AND OVENS! FOCUS ON DRINKING WINE AFTER COOKING WITH THE MEAL ONLY! VARIOUS COOKS HAVE BEEN DRINKING WINE OR BEER WHILE COOKING BUT IT IS A REALLY BAD IDEA AND PUTS THEM AT HIGHER RISK OF INJURY.

    5. PLEASE ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO USE SMALLER KNIVES WHEN CUTTING MEDIUM SIZED AND SMALLER VEGETABLES AND FRUIT TOO !!! NOBODY NEEDS TO USE A MASSIVE KNIFE TO CUT SMALL VEGETABLES AND FRUITS!

    6. PLEASE TELL PEOPLE TO RELAX AND CUT VEGETABLES AND FRUITS SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY IN THEIR HOMES AND NOT SUPER QUICK LIKE MANY CHEFS. IT REDUCES THE RISK OF CUTS AND INJURIES.

    OUR FINGERS ARE SUPER IMPORTANT AND NEED TO BE KEPT SAFE AND WHOLE THROUGHOUT LIFE!

    I KNOW THAT IF YOU SAY THESE THINGS IN A VIDEO MY HUSBAND, AND PROBABLY LOTS OF OTHER ADULTS TOO, ARE MORE LIKELY TO LISTEN TO IT ALL AND TO ACTUALLY DO IT REGULARLY. THIS WAY PEOPLE'S FINGERS AND HANDS WILL BE KEPT HEALTHIER, COMPLETE AND HAPPIER!

  3. WHAT OLIVES DO YOU USE? ARE THEY IN BRINE, OR PLAIN WATER?

    I do not want to buy olives full of refined chemical salt!! Why don't they use sea salt for olives, in brine??? Why do they always use the unhealthiest refined chemical salt for brine and in foods??!! PLEASE JAMIE HELP ME CHANGE PEOPLE'S HABIT OF PUTTING REFINED CHEMICAL SALT IN ALL SHOP BOUGHT FOODS.

    LET'S TRY TO GET THE WHOLE PLANET TO USE UNREFINED NATURAL SEA SALT IN ALL THE FOODS AND DRINKS INSTEAD OF REFINED CHEMICAL SALT!! THERE IS PLENTY OF SEA SALT FOR EVERYONE AND IT IS SO MUCH TASTIER!!

  5. Please Jamie LEAFY GREENS ARE VERY IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE'S HEALTH as you know! However many people are not eating them according to reports and children have been born with birth defects according to health staff (eg. spina bifida)! Many people have just a small square of lettuce in a burger in a typical meal. Some people have been removing leafy greens from sandwiches in the UK because they do not want to eat green things!

    It would be good if all the chefs encouraged people to eat 1 portion of leafy greens every day. This would help improve everyone's health and then children would be born healthier and happier. Everyone would have a healthier life. Books on nutrition and health recommend eating leafy greens regularly. Instead of folic acid pills, all pregnant ladies should eat 1 portion of leafy greens every day! It is more natural, it is healthier, it is what humans are supposed to be doing!

    Monkeys and most land animals eat leafy greens. Humans are like the monkeys. We need a portion of leafy greens every day!
