Got this amazing sandwich at La Zagara shop in Positano, Italy. The outside was super crispy (almost like pizza crust) and inside had cheese, arugula, tomatoes and charcuterie.
What is this called? Different from any panino I’ve had – that crispy exterior was incredible!

La sburrata
Looks like toasted focaccia with fillings to me
It’s almost pizza lol. It’s focaccia, and it seems to look delicious, you made me hungry.
It looks like a “Schiacciata ripiena”, basically focaccia with fillings, but every place has its own way to do it.
Maybe Panuozzo
Papa John’s calls them Papadias.
I think it’s a piadina or crescione
Panuozzo
Focaccia. It’s a flat bread more flavoured than normal bread. You can fill it woth whatever you like
