I got all my meals AND got the lemon head ropes. Sorry you’re missing meals. I would definitely contact them and get a refund.

I gave up hello fresh after six months. They kept forgetting items and putting random candy bars/sparkling waters and wouldn’t even refund the meals, just offer a “discount” on future meals (you can’t add this discount if you already have a discount applied, example: joining codes)

Bummer I didn’t get ropes or an AD. I love Lemonheads and wish I had gotten a free sample. BTW, I really like when I get free samples in my boxes.

Everyone got that free sample this week, it seems! My husband liked them. Definitely a mistake that you were missing a meal, they’ll correct the issue/give you a refund
