It sounds good, but IMO bread makes or breaks a sandwich. So if the bread wasn’t good I wouldn’t like the sandwich.
So it depends what you mean by “could be better”, at the very least I probably wouldn’t drive an hour for the sandwich.

I’ve said this ad nauseam but fucking greens needs be dressed! Just toss it in some oil/vinegar or whatever but do something that takes away from that dry feel of the bite.
