Been wanting the Joetisserie for a while but at 570 Canadian it felt steep. Couldn’t pass it up for 200 bucks at a liquidation sale. Steal of the century after trying this bird!

How did it taste, what was the finished cook like? I see a lot of ppl using a divider or banking the coals to the back to set a hot side when using. Looks awesome great work.
