Blueberry muffin mix cooked in a waffle maker
These turned out awesome!
I followed the instructions on the box but kept the topping on the side until cooked, used blueberry jam to help the topping stick and it is delicious. I like a lighter bake so I pull them out a little early and let them rest on a rack.
This box mix made 9 square waffles 🧇
