Take the veggies, chop chop chop, carrots and broccoli in pan with tablespoon of oil while diced squash goes into air frier for 15 mins. Both will be cooked at the same time.

I added the tuna water into the stir fry and dried it off for more flavor, sauce was chili powder + soy sauce + lemon pepper.

Almost a kilo of food, 52 grams of protein, itadakimatsu 🙏
