My husband is from Tijuana, and he has been really craving a type of food they have over there called “cenadurias.”
These are places that have fried foods like tostadas, sopes, flautas, fried enchiladas, fried quesadillas with various kinds of meats to choose from, and lots and lots of lettuce on top and usually crema and salsas.
I haven’t been able to find a good cenaduria around here, save for an ok place in Compton that was oddly expensive. We live near Long Beach, so recommendations closer to this side of town would be helpful. Thanks in advance for your help!
