Still a beginner, less than a year into it. My evaluation of my loaves are as follows

1: is it edible to me?
2: is it edible to someone else?
3: does it look nice?

If it passes the first criteria, I kind of don't care what happens beyond that. This loaf passed the first criteria.

    looks great. nice proving. good rise. a little ear. even some blistering. just a tad pale for my taste but id still eat it. haha great job! keep going.
