Chips aren’t that high-calorie. Even if you don’t want the carbs, you could always cut up and air-fry some low-carb tortillas and then have that with some salsa. There are also plenty of low-calorie wines.
Regardless, it’s okay to have something you’re craving once in a while. I’ve been craving sushi for weeks (the closest sushi place is 2 hours away 😫), so I decided to give myself a cheat day today and treated myself to a sushi buffet while running errands and exploring the nearest city. Having days like that can help you to stay consistent, especially if you plan them in advance so that whenever you’re tempted to eat something that doesn’t fit within your budget, you can just remind yourself of the future cheat day.

do veggies and ranch. ranch packet, dill, greek yogurt and the littlest bit of mayo.
I would add a sliced raw sweet onion to make it more enjoyable 🙂

I mean raw mushrooms and sweet chili sauce is a pretty good lite snack for me, but them I love mushrooms.
