No joke the best meal I ever made. So simple, quick, easy, and great for a party. Amazing flavor and hearty as well. Highly recommend. Got my meat from Costco. Korean Beef Short Ribs, Beef ribs cut “flanken” style for those who don’t know!

Is this set up indirect with the plate setter or just a lifted grill? How hot did you grill? Looks good 🤙

Mexican markets in my area have these for $9/lb. Love making these with Mac n cheese.
I get these same ones from Costco, my 12 year old loves them and requested for his birthday. I just cook direct for like 5 min with a flip in the middle. They are amazing. I use the NYT cooking recipe for my marinade.
