Chicken Souvlaki Ingredients:
600g boneless chicken fillet, cut into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp black pepper (crushed)
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried basil
1 tsp dill (optional)
¼ tsp nutmeg powder
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
Tzatziki (Cucumber Yogurt Sauce) Ingredients:
1 cup thick yogurt (hung curd or Greek-style)
1 large cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
½ tsp Himalayan pink salt (or to taste)
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp chopped fresh parsley or dill

Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine all souvlaki ingredients. Mix well, cover, and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
Prepare the Tzatziki: Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture. Mix with yogurt, garlic, salt, vinegar, olive oil, and herbs. Chill for 30 minutes.
Grill the Chicken: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers. Grill on a hot griddle or BBQ for 10–12 minutes, turning until golden and cooked through.
Serve: Plate with warm naan or pita, sliced cucumber, onion, tomato, olives, lemon wedges, and a generous dollop of tzatziki.
This dish is zesty, creamy, and perfect for summer gatherings or a Mediterranean night in
