Hi guys! I need some help with these pastries I bought at my local Asian market. The nutritional facts state that these are extremely low calorie and I’m not sure if I should trust it or not, it honestly seems too good to be true 🥲. The first one is a sweet kind of bread with a little of whipped cream inside (nutritional facts state that it should be 100kcal per 100grams, I weighed the bread and it was about 95 grams), the second one is some kind of sponge cake (nutritional facts state that it’s 109kcal per 100g, I weighed it and it was around 130g) the last one is a melon pan and it states that it’s 89kcals per 100g, it weighed around 105g. I really don’t know what I should count them as, since from the label it seems that they’re extremely low calorie, even though I’m not sure they are, since the ingredients seem pretty basic for the products. Can someone help me? 😭

Carbs are 4 calories per gram, so 60g is 240 cals,no way it’s only 100!

best thing to do: calculate the calories from all the macros and add them all together. that should give a more accurate calorie content.
