Do you think the bigger ones are ready harvest? They are a dark green color but aren’t has big as what I see in the grocery store. They have also seemed to have not got any bigger in the past week or so. Thanks for any help!

Personally I like to let them go red and smoke them

They will likely get way bigger before they ripen and change color. The few times I grew poblanos they were still not ripe by Fall.

They stop growing at a certain point, stay dark green for a week or two and then start turning brownish. Pick when you notice them stop growing
