Since buying my MasterTouch Pro last couple of weekends ago, I got myself onto a BBQ Basics course sponsored by Weber.
Can recommend for beginners to BBQ, great venue in an amazing butchers in North London, host was fantastic. Got to prepare the dishes by hand etc.
Course was for beginners so no advanced stuff but answering questions around lighting, indirect, direct heat, time, practical advice etc.
Recipes were great, started the day with sausages on arrival.
We then made lamb koftie skewers.
Followed by beer can chicken which was awesome, so awesome I went home and made my own!
We then made burgers and corn, again awesome. Then chicken thighs, just great.
Then an amazing sweet pizza which was so easy to make but an incredible crowd pleaser, perfect for kids, perfect for taking you back to your childhood.
Can highly recommend for a nice day out!
Next up is the advanced course, more focused on techniques and smoking etc.
