Full-size Fiber Gourmet flour, no-oil waffle (~275-300kcal) with sugar free caramel syrup (~0kcal) and two mini-scoops of Halo Top caramel (~100kcal). A lot of sugar substitutes, but I am sick this week and needed a treat!!

I’m starting fresh on a minor deficit (1400) after my last loss stint 5 years ago. Regained about 15lbs in the last year, want to lose that to fit into my nice clothes again and get back to eating my ~1600 maintenance! Thanks to everyone who shares here and has given me a big list of delicious meals while in a deficit.
