I was originally going to check out Silk Road and get some spicy chicken but I didn't realize the map was wrong and it was in a new location. I didn't want to walk all the way to the new location but I was still hungry so I decided to hop in the next closest restaurant, which happened to be Luke's Lobster…
I don't know what I was expecting when I entered a place called Luke's Lobster but spending $40 for a lobster roll and clam chowder was not on my Thursday agenda.
Totally delicious though. A+ lobster roll

Worth it?
It’s been way too long since I went to Luke’s Lobster. Now on my to-do list for next week!
This is one of those “what would you do if you won the lottery” answers I always give. Luke’s Lobster roll for lunch every single day
I think about this chowder all the time but I can’t bring myself to spend that much for it 😣
I am always disappointed whenever I buy a lobster roll because I know it’s going to be expensive as fuck and that I’m not going to be a quarter full from it. And this is the mindset prior to stepping foot in the shop Lol
Did this recently and when I was scrolling amounts on my credit card statement a month later thought “wtf was that?”
Oh. Yeah.
Luke’s
My go to lobster sandwich was the lobster grilled cheese at happy lobster but it’s been close to 8 yrs since I’ve had one
Not for nothing but a beef sandwich, fries, and a drink is like $20 bucks these days. Lobster in the Midwest it seems like a good price.
Tangential question, for someone lobster inclined, where does one find the best live Maine lobster to bring home to slaughter?
Boston Fish Market’s lobster roll is way bigger and has more meat than Luke ‘s. Luke’s is a ripoff 😭
it’s so good for my taste buds but so bad for my wallet 😭
