so, i got some of this candy from an asian market, and it’s claiming one of these little candy pieces (kind of similar to a dum-dum) is 590 cals……
is this right? i feel like it’s totally not.
thoughts?

    Hell no lol. Looking around online it looks like they are 400kcal per 100g

    Edit: if you translate the nutritional information on the bag itself it confirms this. 1685kj is about 400kcal

    Use the actual nutrition info that’s printed on the package at the bottom, below the English one. The translated ones often get messed up so I would disregard that.

    Based on the real nutrition info, it’s 1685 kJ per 100g. Which is 402 kcal per 100g. How much does 1 piece weigh?
