What is your favorite go to hot sauce? I’m not talking your best or the one you bust out for special occasions. I’m talking the one that has always been there for you

Mine was Frank’s until the sub said try crystal (I had it years ago before I was a lover of hot sauce) courtesy of random trip to dollar tree and finding it there and trying with my more aged pallet, crystal. Fucking slaps for what it is and costs, i could drink it. Beyond that sambal oelek for asian stuff, congee especially.

As far as just as everyday hot sauce for whatever…Texas Pete.
But within the last year, I discovered “hotter” Texas Pete with the black label and it’s all I use now. Sane great Texas Pete taste, but within actual mouth burn.

El Yucateco red, or crystal.

Good ole Tobasco but my true sidekick is Arby’s horsey sauce. Replace that on every burger and Sammie then thank me later

Crystals. It’s good, cheap, and goes well with a lot of different foods.

SurreptitiousSpark
Palo Alto’s firefighter sauce. Trader Joe’s used to carry it, and I’d buy it a case at a time. I literally cried when it was discontinued. But I found it again thanks to this sub! I never have fewer than three bottles on hand. I can’t live without it.
