I wouldn’t say the weber searwood is best of the best. Its definitely on the higher end of mid range. You want best of the best yoder or gmg. Rfx is good though. Just had a father’s day sale for 2 probs. The tranny and a thermo one pen for 200.

Way more smoke than my Traeger. I’m just glad I bought mine second hand.

I cooked on mine three times this week. Pork steaks, burgers, and New York strips. Does a great job on all of it.

Gonna be putting this on mine in a couple of hours. She’ll smoke all night and be ready tomorrow afternoonish
How are you liking that ThermoWorks RFX probe?
Weber clearly took the lessons learned from the SmokeFire and put them into the Searwood. Great smoker. I haven’t had a single issue with it.
