Always have franks red hot, Valentina and Sriracha (usually Sky Valley).
Then it becomes an assortment. Right now I have yellow bird habanero, yucateco green, cholula chipolte, and a really good gochujang sauce. Any suggestions for more gochujang sauces? I’m becoming obsessed and put it on everything.

When I was in the Navy 30 years ago, my mom would send me crystal sauce. I had it in places all over the world, and it kept me going. I even got sent to mast for injuries following a crystal sauce incident. I had hot sauce and cheesey poof dust on my hands when an electrical box blew up in my face. I was wearing a shield, but debris got through the sides and into my eyes. So I took off the rubber gloves and rubbed my eyes. My medical sheet now said that in addition to being electrocuted… again… I had chemical burns and foreign object damage to my eyes. The report reached the admiral, and that’s how I found myself in front of the captain, my crystal sauce behind my back while at parade rest.
