Let’s hope Borellis can pull it out of the nosedive.

Oh this makes me sad. My go-to.

Borelli’s just got a Kitchen Nightmares makeover from Gordon Ramsey.

Shit, I always meant to try ordering from this place.

Armands has been done since 2007 when they closed their Grand Ave location. This place was a joke.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooo

Sad to see this. It was a staple of ours for the past 10 years. I feel like Jimmy’s may have been a nail in their coffin. The frequency with which we ordered Armand’s definitely went down when Jimmy’s moved just a few blocks away, and I suspect as much for others in the neighborhood.

No way!

Bummer!

This is rough news. I hope the family considers reopening at some point, and I hope they know how much I appreciated their spot.

We used the order yardstick pizzas for neighborhood gatherings. Solid pie. They will be missed. Pretty sure Jimmy’s was their death knell.

I think they’re focused on the one in downtown Arlington Heights.

Ah this sucks, this was one of my favorite pizzas in the city, but my family doesn’t like it so I could only get it when I was ordering just for me. Never was able to get it as often as I wanted.

Seems out of nowhere. Live nearby and got it often, hadn’t heard anything about a closing.

This got a “noooo” from my teen. It’s been on our pizza rotation (mostly on Tuesdays) since we moved to the neighborhood about when they did. We also did the yardstick pizza for our block party so will have to figure out something new this year.
