    I would get grilled chicken sandwich, hold the bun.

    Just get whatever you would enjoy the most and you can modify it to cut some excessive calories. I like to do burgers or a grilled chicken sandwich and just eat half the bun and sub something else for fries for example. Restaurant food will always be higher calorie so may as well not stress about it too much!

    I would get the Caesar salad, add grilled chicken, no croutons and dressing on the side.

    Salad, add grilled chicken, hold the parm and ask for dressing on the side. This will be more filling than just a grilled patty and you can choose to pick out the croutons or not for less calories.

    A lot of places have low calorie dressing options too, ask if they have any.

    Grilled chicken sandwich honey mustard on the side eat 1/2 the bun, or chicken tenders (if they’re actually pieces of chicken breast, the reconstituted ones are worse for macros).

    Don’t restrict yourself for 1 meal, but if It were me, I would go with the chicken sandwich, you can ask if they do lettuce wraps too if you are trying to cut the bun

    I can’t turn down good pulled pork so I would probably do pulled pork no bun and throw a small scoop of slaw on top. A little treat but not wild. But if you want to be really strict just get the grilled chicken no bun sauce on side, eat veg toppings as a side dish
