I’m just getting started on my journey to learn how to cook meat — properly. From grilling and sous-vide to reverse searing and butter-basting, there are so many techniques I had no idea about… but I’m diving in headfirst.
This video is the start of me figuring it all out — learning what works best for different cuts, making mistakes, and (hopefully) making some amazing meals along the way. I’m not a professional, just a home cook with a passion for food and curiosity in the kitchen.
If you’re a beginner too, or just love experimenting with food, let’s figure it out together.

this secret risoto ruined every other risoto for me the thing about risoto is it’s a blank canvas there’s saffron risoto from Milan seafood risoto from Venice the rich ones with osabukco wild mushrooms truffle each one works in its own way with its own personality but this this is my summer go-to i roast cherry tomatoes until they’re jammy and sweet basically a tomato comfy then hit it with red wine beeftock and a spoon of bomba calib it’s creamy spicy and full of flavor and nothing about it is boring i love how everyone’s got a risoto that fits their vibe some are bold and fiery like a spicy Andua risoto some are soft and comforting like a Parmesan risoto others are rich dramatic and over-the-top like a truffle wine reduction the whole show risotos can be elegant chaotic cozy or loud kind of like people so if there was a risoto described personality what would it be drop it in the comments
