Huso was a wonderful experience overall from start to finish.
Ambience:
The decor is bright, simple and tasteful. Music not too loud and despite the cozy dining area you are spaced enough away from other tables to have a sense of privacy.
Food
I felt all the dishes worked well. The King Salmon and Smoker Sturgeon dishes were stand outs. The Brioche was warm, fluffy and heavenly; honestly could have eaten the whole loaf by itself. It comes with a butter covered fois gras. But I thought that just the brioche and butter alone would have been perfect without the fois gras. The Duck qnd Lamb were succulent, scallops were perfect. The overall flavor profile skews salty and creamy; but often with sharper and sweeter elements in the dish to contrast it well enough.
There is a healthy amount of Caviar throughout the dishes; I didn’t even get the caviar supplement and still felt I got my money’s worth.
Speaking of which, $265pp felt like a steal of the amount of courses delivered and the service received.
Service:
Excellent waiter staff, friendly and attentive. They take guests down to meet the chef and see their new kitchen. They gave a delicious drink too to enjoy while down there. Water and drinks were kept topped off, and the waiter staff knew their menu and drinks well. Chef Buddha was a delight to meet.

Glad you had such a great time. I’ve seen great photos of this place on Instagram and it looks really good. This post just reinforces I gotta stop by and try it sooner than later.
Went recently and agree it is insanely good, especially for the price point. In an era where we are experiencing less courses, less meat, and shorter wine pours, this was precisely the opposite. But not just quantity, quality too. They clearly plan for you to be there 3-4 hours. A beautiful night out in every way.
I am so sad I missed this menu, given my food preferences this menu sounds so much better than what they replaced it with. Every course looks incredible.
