



Chicken Crust Recipe:
1 – 8 oz. Ground Chicken or Turkey
Season your meat with:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Salt (optional)
Instructions:
Oil 8 or 9-inch round baking pan with EVOO(Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Place in a round baking pan and bake @ 400°F for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and place the toppings of your choice (this is what I used)
1/3 cup Rao Marinara Sauce
1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
Diced Red Onions
Diced Bell Peppers
Crumbled Sausage
Canadian Bacon
Mini Pepperoni
Turkey Pepperoni
Fennel Seeds &
Thawed Frozen Spinach
Then place back in the oven for 15 minutes @ 350°F

This is some endgame Keto right here. Not for beginners or the faint of heart lol
I did a similar crust with canned chicken (tuna consistency).
