Hey just so you know, after this is empty, you can just refill it with white vinegar and the peppers will infuse back into the vinegar. It doesn’t take very long either, maybe a few days max. You can do this indefinitely as long as it doesn’t get cloudy or weird looking from some contaminant getting into it you’re good to go.
