Wagyu fajitas came out amazing!
Seasoned with 2 Gringos Chupacabra Fajita Seasoning then dry brined overnight. Placed on a cold grill and set on Super Smoke for an hour. Then pulled off and cranked heat to 600. Seared for 2.5 minutes on each side.
Sooooooo goooood!
