Looks ok. Im not much of a pork eater myself though. I have to have it burnt and i mean over done before ill even eat one bite. Thats one meat i HATE seeing done with pink still inside. Grosses me out. Besides that pork isnt good fir us anyway. Shoukd be left alone as far as I am concerned

Looks like it was cooked perfectly! I love pork loins. They go on sale all the time and it’s usually like 4 bucks for a pack that has two good sized loins to roast. Hard to overcook, and easy to keep juicy. Just sear the outsides before roasting
