Seeking Bitter Melon dishes of all kinds (Thai, Vietnamese, Bangladesh, Indian, others…?)

Hey all,

Does anyone know of places that serve Bitter Melon consistently?

Back when Amphai Northern Thai Food had their steam tray counter in the main room
(and posted the daily dishes on Facebook!)
they sometimes had Bitter Melon Soup

Now that they are back to just tables in the front room, and ordering from a menu, I don't see it listed.
When I asked the friendly worker just said no.

I also love the bitter melon dishes occasionally found in the Bangladeshi places along 3rd St.

So it got me wondering, where else might have it consistently.
