The crumb of the cake was definitely not my favorite, but having a crust on a layer cake is effing amazing, and the whipped chocolate frosting is my new favorite easy frosting to make! I used[this one](https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/whipped-frosting/#tasty-recipes-105634) but subbed 30 g of the powdered sugar for Dutch cocoa powder
