These are THE most delicious cold noodles ive ever had , the menu says their is pear and red apple slices. I was wondering what is the name of this dish I would love to be able to make something like this at home!

This is probably a Korean dish like naengmyeon/
In Japanese, it might be a form of 冷麺 (reimen).
This looks like [Morioka Reimen](https://kyoudo-ryouri.com/en/food/1416.html), which I agree, is one the tastiest cold noodles I’ve had in Japan.
ETA: it’s a pretty famous regional specialty from Iwate Prefecture and its roots are in Korean naengmyeon. Sometimes in summer they top off the noodles with watermelon slices.
冷面
i would agree with this being the japanese dish with roots in the korean dish as other commenters are saying because just looking at topping yes it has kimchi but the other topping would never ever ever be found in this dish if made by korean. but it is also 100% not naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodle) like others are saying it is milmyeon (wheat flour noodle). it is using the wrong noodle. if you like this dish please do try both Korean dishes mulnaengmyeon and milmyeon as well.
As a Korean, that’s not a type of nengmyun I’ve ever seen.
It’s more like iced noodles than cold noodles
