I usually just toast my bread and microwave with cheese. But this sub has encouraged me to take the plunge! Behold my first official grilled cheese. Sourdough bread and provolone cheese.

FYI. You can get grilled cheese makers that go in the microwave. About twenty bucks on Amazon.
