I made creamy pasta using the same recipe that i would with regular pasta! It’s soo good!!! I’m very happy!!

Try it with some red sauce, blended cottage cheese or laughing cow, Italian chicken sausages, and roasted broccoli! Parmesan/crushed red pepper to taste. I looooove carbe diem

that looks delicious! how’s the texture like? i’m very sensitive to change in textures in food. been looking for healthier alternatives for a lot of the foods i eat. also i love creamy pasta, what’s the sauce?

I made it recently with the marinara/blended cottage cheese sauce. Loved the pasta! But the cottage cheese sauce is disgusting.
