**METHOD:**
Serving size: 3-4
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the pasta. Set aside. Heat oil in a pan and cook the shrimp until pink and slightly crispy. Remove and keep aside. Melt butter in the same pan and add garlic. Saute until fragrant. Pour in cream and simmer gently for 3-4 minutes, stirring often. Do not boil or else it will curdle. Stir in cheese and whisk until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with black pepper and salt to taste. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted. Add pasta and shrimp and toss until well-coated. Stir in a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce if it feels too thick. Garnish with chili flakes, crispy garlic bits (from chili oil), and drizzle chili oil before serving. Serve Cajun shrimp alfredo pasta paired with garlic bread or toasted bread and sautéed veggies.
