This is by far my greatest meal to getting lean and having that energy when I need it every day. I absolutely love these spicy tomato sardines, mixed with kidney beans and rice, like a sardine jambalaya
I’ve been eating this meal for over 5 months and I crave it almost every day lol – I’m an ex tuna everyday but I’ll still kill tuna these just taste so good

I was introduced to sardines and rice by a super fit gym guy and will be forever thankful… I saw the beans and thought eh, then I scrolled and went “oh shit”
