I went vegan a few months ago, and since then I've found myself missing Sushi. This is my attempt at vegan sushi and it really hits the spot!

Ingredients:
Sushi Rice
Seaweed Sheets
Avocado
Vegan cream cheese
Breaded plant based shrimpees
Wasabi and soy sauce as a side

The quantities are very much up to your taste! As for the recipe the only thing that needs cooking is the sushi Rice which can be cooked in the rice cooker at a ration of 1:1 water to rice.
