Watched endless youtube videos before giving this a shot. Held around 250-275 for 4 hours, wrapped for 2 hours then pulled it. First time doing these so didn't opt for sauce but definitely could use some.

How'd I do?

You tell us. You’re the one who ate them!

Looks good, im guessing by the looks they are not falling off the bone? If so, then you did great. I don’t sauce mine either, I can do baby back on my PBC in a little over 2 hours and 3 plus hrs for spare ribs. I smoke to about 200 internally. My pbc runs hotter than your Webber.

However, as long as you liked them, that is all that matters

Looks DELICIOUS, I usually wrap them in foil, pour a little water, beer n soy sauce in with them and let them simmer!

  4. I’m all for slow cooking a rack a ribs. But I recently started using my vortex to makes ribs; they’re called party ribs. And they come out fantastic. Done in a little over an hour. The high heat essentially caramelizes any sauce with sugar in it and comes out soooo good

looks over smoked to me. but if you liked them then that’s what matters

Looks good, especially for a kettle.

Looks good but next time give the snake method a try unwrapped. Place wood chunks along the snake also for a great smokey flavor
